If you connect a Meta/Facebook Page or Instagram Business/Creator account, we may collect and store the following categories of data as permitted by your permissions and configuration:
Authentication and connection data
- Access tokens (short-lived and/or long-lived), token metadata (such as expiry), and connection status
- Page IDs, Instagram account IDs, Business account identifiers, and related linking identifiers
Publishing and media data
- Posts/captions you create or schedule through Allyzent
- Media metadata (e.g., media IDs, post IDs, timestamps, permalink/URL where available)
- Publishing status (scheduled, published, failed) and delivery diagnostics
Engagement and moderation data
- Comments and replies (including comment IDs, timestamps, author identifiers as returned by Meta, and comment text where applicable)
- Basic engagement signals needed for moderation workflows (e.g., whether a comment is hidden/replied to, moderation state)
Insights / analytics data
- Post/page/account insights (e.g., impressions, reach, engagement metrics)
- Performance summaries and analytics reports generated from Meta insights data
Important: We do not sell Meta data. We use it only to provide the campaign management features you enable.
2.3 AI Voice, Telephone, Voicebot, and Chatbot Data
If you use Allyzent's AI calling/telephone features, we may process:
- Call metadata: caller/callee numbers, timestamps, duration, routing outcomes, and system logs
- Call content: transcripts, call summaries, and (if enabled by your configuration) call recordings
- Voicebot/chatbot interactions: user messages, prompts, assistant responses, and interaction logs needed to operate the feature
- Quality and safety signals: error logs, performance metrics, and abuse prevention indicators
2.4 Email Management System Data
If you connect an email inbox or use our email automation features, we may process:
- Email metadata: sender/recipient, subject, timestamps, message IDs, routing results
- Email content: body text and attachments only if required for the workflow you enable (e.g., summarization, classification, forwarding rules)

- Call/email workflow logs and outputs (summaries, routing events): retained to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues, and meet compliance/security needs.
- Recordings/transcripts: retained only if enabled and for the configured retention period.

6. Meta Data Deletion and Revoking Access
6.1 How to Revoke Allyzent's Access
You can revoke Allyzent's access to your Meta/Facebook/Instagram connection at any time by removing/disconnecting Allyzent from your Meta account settings or by disconnecting the integration inside Allyzent.
6.2 How to Request Deletion of Meta-Connected Data
You can request deletion of data associated with your Meta connection by following our Data Deletion Instructions here: https://www.allyzent.com/data-deletion
You can also email us at info@allyzent.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We may request verification before deleting connected data to prevent unauthorized deletion.
7. Security, Infrastructure, and Database Protection
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These measures may include:
- Encryption in transit (e.g., TLS) and, where appropriate, encryption at rest
